Hi ,i M 23 Years Old. I Had Miscarriage 1

Hi ,i m 23 years old. I had miscarriage 1 month ago fetus was 6 week n 3 day old. Doctor took a scan n told me almost every thing is clear except a small piece which will come out natually. My bleeding stops after 1 week of miscarrige. But i m having pain in the mid of my pain n also lower back, sometimes its severe if i keep standing for long time. I feel stiffness in my back.
I m taking iron and calcium suppliments as doctor recomended me.
How can i get rid of this i m really worried.
