Hi ,i M 29 Yr Old.. Had One Pregnancy Loss

Hi ,i m 29 yr old.. had one pregnancy loss in 2013 due to interauterine death in 29th week.of my pregnancy,it was a still birth.the incident had already happened 2days ago when i noticed that there was no movement.as the medical facility was nt so good they cldn't find out what was the cause.cord was around the neck of the baby at that time,and they just said the amniotic fluid level was low.now after 3years gap,m planning for pregnancy.i went to dr..she suggested me to go thru various test among which rubella IgG was also the one which came negative.so my dr.said me to take a r-vac injection 1 dose.on the 5th day of period and after that m not supposed to get pregnant for another two months...m i on the right path...and plz tell wats the exact time period i need to avoid pregnancy after that r-vac injection.
