Hi I M 7 To 8 Week Pregnant And From

Hi i m 7 to 8 week pregnant and from yesterday i have high fever and swear headache and feeling so tired and i dont have any pain or bleeding or discharge.
My doc gave me Azomax 500 so can i take this antibiotic in morning and evening?
And is this normal situation in pragnancy?
