Hi I M Naiem.my Right Leg Knew Has Been Swallow

Hi i m naiem.my right leg knew has been swallow like a egg.it happen due to fall down from ladder.i had also consult orthopaedic,he has advice me for x-ray,i had done x-ray but there is not fracture in x-ray.inspite of this my left leg has been swallow.plz advice me what i have to do.
