Hi, I Need Help..I'm Always Experiencing Burning Pain But I

Hi, i need help..I'm always experiencing burning pain but i i'm not having pain when i urinate. I even feel better when i urinate. This has been going on for a year. I' ve had colonoscopy & ultrasound. The diagbosed is dysuria. I have microscopic hematuria. I reAlly don't know what to do..Right now i'm having burning pain. I'm in pain.
