Hi I Put My Implanon On 25april 2018 And See

Hi i put my Implanon on 25april 2018 and see the period everyday and went to the clinic to give the pills to stop period they didn't stop may because I wasn't taking them at the same time until I have unprotected sex on 19 august and that's when my period stopped immediately after sex then in five weeks I started to feel signs and symptoms of pregnancy and urinating 5times a day and i took two tests the fist 1 showed the negative and other 1 showed fainted line but after few hours dissapered and on the 28th of September 2018 when i wake up,i came across the brown blood and the following day they dissapeared so please help could I be pregnant?
