Hi I Ruptured My ACL And Fractured The Tip Of

Hi i ruptured my ACL and fractured the tip of my fibula about 5 weeks ago after rolling my ankle at netball. I still cannot walk without the assistance of crutches and just the last 2 days have found increased pain and a lump on the outside of my lower leg where it has been fractured. Im worried about the pain as i would have thought it would be subsiding not increasing after this amount of time. I also feel pinching in that area and it is worse at night. Any advice or ideas what the lump is? Thank u.
