Hi, I Saw A 2 Pimples On My Labia Minora

Hi, i saw a 2 pimples on my labia minora 1 week ago. It started off big and whitish and it was extremely painful and extremely itchy. i put hot water to try to decompress it and cream and it became smaller, after a few days the things got smaller but still painful but no longer itchy, and it still shows that their are white things inside..my fiancee and i are active but not with other people and he doesnt seem to have anything wrong with him.
