Hi, I Started To Feel Pains On My Right Lower

Hi, i started to feel pains on my right lower back and on the right hip area since 3 months ago and my right leg also have a tremor whenever i stretch it while i'm in bed or whenever while i'm sitting and also when i'm going down the stairs. And because of that i decided to have my back checked with x-ray since my wife is a radiologic technician, and we've found out that i have a mild scoliosis. Now my question is does my scoliosis have anything to do with the pain on my back,hip and the tremors on the leg? Thank you!
