Hi... I Take Care Of A Kid His 5 Years

Hi... i take care of a kid his 5 years old and he have fever with phlegm, occasionally coughing, sored throat and block nose.. the doctor gave him the zinnat antibiotic first should be taken for 5 days 2 times a day with 5ml dosage and on the 3rd day he went to the doctor again then the doctor gave him zethromax once a day for 5 days with 5 ml dosage... should he take it together in a day or should finish the first one the do the second one
