Hi I Think I Am In My 5th Week And

Hi i think i am in my 5th week and 3 days pregnancy . i hade ultrasound today. but sadly there is no heartbeat and the baby in size smaller than is should be . Soft breast but still have lower abdominal pain... no bleeding though. .. my doctor said it's look like miscarriage. .... is there any chance baby can develop and survive .?????
