Hi I Think I Have Genital Warts Im Not Sure

Hi i think i have genital warts im not sure i have 2 distinct areas on my penial head that are dry and red but vary from time to time in redness, just overall they are flat and dry. I suspect its warts since i have had a slight increase of smaller warts on my hands that are barely visible but are there, what would you recommend, is aloe vera gel a good option or maybe a lotion like cetaphil?
