Hi, I Took A Flucoxycillin Pill About 2hrs Ago And

Hi, i took a flucoxycillin pill about 2hrs ago and can feel it lodged in oesophagus with a burning feeling. I have tried many glasses of water, bread, all suggestions i can find but nothing will dislodge it. Will it cause me any harm to leave overnight or should i get help now?
