Hi I Used A Public Toilet The Other Day And

Hi i used a public toilet the other day and when i reached for toilet paper it felt wet. I pulled some out (it was stuck in the dispenser ) i noticed a blood stain on it. Im not sure if that's what i touched but i quickly washed my hands. My query is that i had an open cut when i was washing my hands and would like to know if there is a risk of an infection?
