Hi, I Usually Take Yaz Birth Control Pills But Last

Hi, i usually take Yaz Birth Control pills but last month i forgot to take the 17th pink pill so i followed the instructions which said that i needed to finish the pink pills and throw away the white ones. So i've directly started few days ago with the pink ones and i've missed my period. Yesterday night I have had a sexual intercourse with my boyfriend. However it was only this morning that i have realized that yesterday i have forgotten to take the pink pill which would have been the 4th one of the first week. So i have immediately took the missed pill but with a delay of 16 hours. What should I do? Do i risk to be pregnant? Do i need to take a morning after pill? If i'm ok do i need to use condoms for the next 7 days?
