Hi I Ve Been Having Diarrhea Since About 8 Hours

Hi i ve been having diarrhea since about 8 hours now and stomach cramps and nauseous i suffer from anxiety and i allways think something is wrong with my heart i have had stress tests and ecg done and everything s fine but a slight pain in chest and shoulder i always think im gonna die . But yeah feel a bt wea aswell
