Hi i ve hypothyroid and knee and back pain near the tail bone it burnsmy d3 is6.6 b12 is 218 tsh 41 dr advised me tayo once a week and gemcal and nerveup od once a day and thyronorm 25 once a day what is the ideal time to take tayo for max benefitand absorbtion and do I have to take all the tab together. ......im also taking enzomac and emengen dtwice a day ..for my back pain
