Hi I Want To Ask Question After My Marriage I

Hi i want to ask question after my marriage i got pregnant in one month and 15 days and i had a miscarriage and doctor told me and my husband to wait for atleast 3 months with protective sex before conceiving we waited for 3 months and i tried to conceive in this month and also using folic acid, my periods are delayed and i was feeling symptoms of pregnancy but after the home pregnancy test i find out that i am not pregnant which we tried last night.
