Hi I Was 3 Weeks Pregnant And Took Misoprostol Four

Hi i was 3 weeks pregnant and took misoprostol four tablets two hours ago after taking mifepristone the day before yesterday,am experiencing some waist period pains,no stomach pains,the bleeding is neither heavy nor light,and the only clot i saw was the time i started bleeding after taking mifepristone..do you think this will be succesful or are the symptoms normal?
