Hi, I Was Advised To Take Augumentine Antibiotic With Dolo

Hi, i was advised to take augumentine antibiotic with dolo 650. i took the antibiotic and forgot to take dolo
the temperature is rising despite taking dolo tab 5 hours later
please adivise do i take another dolo with augumentin antibiotic.Its just 7 hrs since my adminstration of antibiotic.
