Hi I Was Assaulted In 2oo9 And Beaten With A

Hi i was assaulted in 2oo9 and beaten with a hatchet and was also run down and hit with a car during this time. I never had a migraine til this happened and the pain is consistent at being where the plates are is there something i can do for this...i wish i could find a doctor that didnt tell me my pain was "in your head"... Am i the only one who experiences pain with their plates
