Hi I Was Being Stupid And Doing The Salt And

Hi i was being stupid and doing the salt and ice challenge and its been 3-5 months since i did it i am now just starting to use bio oil only for a day but now it seems to be just staying there and nothings going on I have white spots on my arm. I am asking if it will stay there or go away over time.
