Hi, I Was Bitten By A Dog Yesterday, I Was

Hi, i was bitten by a dog yesterday, i was wearing a maong pants then, it was just quick run to me, i thought that there will be bite mark or wound, but when i got home after 2 hours, i checked my upper leg and found two red marks, im very worried, now the little bite marks seem just a little swollen, do i need to have the anti-rabies injection today? just readdish & little pain in the surrounding area. please help.
