Hi, I Was Cleaning My Bathroom The Other Day With

Hi, i was cleaning my bathroom the other day with bleach. I did not use ammonia. i inhaled some fumes, and soon after my throat felt a bit scratchy, like there was phlegm in it. The next day, i woke up to sinus pressure, sore throat, a cough, a slight headache, and i felt dizzy and sort of "out of it" at times during the day. I dont have a temperature. Is the sickness related to the bleach, or is it just a coincidence?
