Hi, I Was Eating Chinese Food At A Place Ive

Hi, i was eating chinese food at a place ive never been before. I got dishes ive never had before. My tongue became itchy in one spot on the tip kind of suddenly. Then in the same spot it became numb. I noticed later a white lump in the sa,e spot and it is still itchy there. Any ideas?
