Hi I Was Gardening Today And I Don't Remember Kneeling

Hi i was gardening today and I don't remember kneeling but did squat a bit. I just noticed that one of my kneecaps is swollen and feels like maybe I could have water on the knee? It really doesn't hurt, but is definitely swollen on the side and kind of like a water balloon! It isn't red. What do you think? I had a bout of bursitis in both knees a few months ago which was the result of kneeling too long while I washed all floors on my first floor. Thanks!
