Hi I Was Having A Facial Done When The Technician

Hi i was having a facial done when the technician thought i had a black head and kept lifting and pricking skin by my lip but it was actually a pretty brown birth mark by my lip will it grow back to its actual color and size right now its red around the area and most of brown color is gone except for a tiny dot above my lip.
