Hi I Was In A Car Accident One Week Ago,

Hi i was in a car accident one week ago, i have had a pretty bad headache this entire day. I lost hearing in my right hear and heard ringing for about ten seconds at a time and this happened twice today. My mind feels a little bit foggy but my main concern is that there seems to be an air bubble under the scalp on the top of my head... is this a cause for concern? If so what should be my next step?
