Hi I Was In Hospital Last Week With A Pain

Hi i was in hospital last week with a pain under left rib back which made me breathe funny . so ct scan was done and ultra sound. all clear. but was told my white bloods are high & have to see a haemotoligist about it ! just wondering i i have leukimia or lymphona would it show up in the ct scan that i had last week ?
