Hi I Was Just Reading About Gluten Sensitivity, I Do

Hi i was just reading about gluten sensitivity, i do seem to have most symptoms mentioned, in addition to tingling and burning in my feet " which is a recent development. My lung doctor recently advised me to try a gluten free diet. My question is is there a known nerve component associated with gluten sensitivity?
