Hi, I Was Just Recently Falling Asleep And I Was

Hi, i was just recently falling asleep and i was on my stomach when out of no where my body started to shake on controllably i eventually re gained control and got up i have no idea what might have caused this but all i know is i tried taking just one zzquil to help me sleep tonight but i didn't feel the effects of it could that be the reason i bagan to shake ? I had no control of my body i felt paralyzed and couldn't scream or speak
