Hi I Was Notified That Dr Got Results From Blood

Hi i was notified that dr got results from blood work back. kinda worried because blood test shows my eGFR came back low 57.6. explained that means i am in mild reduction in kidney function. told me stop taking ibuprofen that probley caused. probley not i have not taken 15 or more years. my question to you cld it be caused due to believing iv been poised. many other symptoms added in why i beleve going on several years. can it be a cause why .
