Hi I Was On 9th Of May In The Surgery

Hi i was on 9th of may in the surgery to do routine blood test the nurse was without gloves same day after fife hours i pick up the temperature one week after i recieve throat pain,muscle pain and stomach pain and have juniper buds on the neck are these simptoms of HIV and what test i can to do if today is 26th day after? Thanks
