Hi I Was On Ligation Last Year After Gave Birth

Hi i was on ligation last year after gave birth in cs section i did not got my period last month..i came to a doktor a while ago and do pregnancy test and it was negative..she advice me to take duphaston 1tab a day for 10 days and vitamins for anti stress..is there a possibility that i got my period this month..?
