Hi I Was Recently Treated For Genital Warts By Having

Hi i was recently treated for genital warts by having them burnt off with a cream. That procedure has since burnt off the actual skin inside my butt cheeks (near the anus where the warts are) and its now red, raw and sore. I dont know what to do, will this ever heal or is it permanent? What kind of doctor would be best to see if i dont want to return to the free clinic that treated me? Is there anything i can do over the counter?
