Hi, I Was Told To Stop Using Hair Removalcream Over

Hi, i was told to stop using hair removalcream over a year ago due to infections in the vaginal area and i have avoided it. However i turned to razors and now, ihave got a hole in the centre of the top of my vaginal skin, was does it mean. Puss leaked out of it initially, then blood and now i can see a black hole.
