Hi, i was wondering if i might be pregnant. I've had the IUD since last April, never had any periods. But for a week or so i started spotting, having cramps, being moody, getting headaches, my breasts are tender, i have weird cravings and I am always tired. Could that be pregnancy symptoms even though i have the IUD?
