Hi I Would Like To Ask You A Question I

Hi i would like to ask you a question i have hard breathing since a year ago and I did the x-ray for my lungs and blood test so everything was fine and clear and my doctor cant figure out whats wrong with me and I'm still struggling with this condition and by the way I got this condition after having sinus surgery and maybe that has affected me how can you help me please ?
