Hi I Would Like To Know What Would Be The

Hi i would like to know what would be the best posision for me to sleep cause i took a very bad knock above my left ear 2hrs ago during a soccer match and now there is blood flowing out of my ear and its also paining feels like one big headache....please help i can only go see a doctor tommorow.....thank U
