Hi, Iam 17 Year Boy How Can I Get Rid

Hi, iam 17 year boy how can i get rid of oily skin most of the oil is secrted on my nose also there are some whiteheads and i've got uneven skin,texture of forehead is not so good there are poures and it is wrinckled. I want a smooth texture of my skin please help also suggest something for dark circles around eyes.
