Hi Iam 26 Week Pregnancy....recent Scan Reports Says Sevear Oligo

Hi iam 26 week pregnancy....recent scan reports says sevear oligo hydrominos .....doctors said to use L-arginine powder....I used for 30 days...but no result found...I had lots of liquid food but no use....even doctors also not able to tell anything....now baby weight is 695gms....please note.instead of increasing fluid its decreasing... Please advice what I can do for my baby....
