Hi Iam 34 Year Old . I Had Noticed Floaters

Hi iam 34 Year old . I had noticed floaters in the eye post my delivery I.e after a month . I could see black marks on white wall. Then went to doc to see post completion of 3 months . They checked and said its hemorrhage. Asked me to meet physician and got the test done one blood clot and timing . The report came negative . By the time this has come down or nothing . Then later I realise there is a sudden increase of floater and vision bluntness . Doc recommend me to check with other doc with a written note on back ground .after checking they given the name as retinal vasculities and asked to get so many test and including ct scan . Report is Normal. There is slight increase in homocysteine . Which is at14.07 . Asked me to contact physician to get the treatment . Meanwhile doc suggested me to go for laser with immediate effect for both eye . I had major problem with right eye however got it done for both eyes . Went back for checkup after 3 weeks of laser . I noticed Floaters have come down and same opinion was go enjoy doc and suggested me to come after 3 weeks . Post that one day Suddenly I felt there is a dark strips on my left eye and can't see anything in that not even bluer vision .it was completely dark and went to back to doc and showed this sudden development and they said its retinal artery I got one more test . I.e fluorescien .and asked me to start with waysolone 45 mg for first week. Iam more worried of this side effect . And is this steroid helps me to get back to normal vision . What is the treatment for this . Why waysolone tablet ?
