Hi Iam Mother Of A 17 Month Old..my Menstrual Periods

Hi iam mother of a 17 month old..my menstrual periods are now almost regular. Last period was on 18 aug. Iam having doubt that i accidently concived on 10 sep. Now iam worried whether iam pregnant or not. So early for a upt. Not had morning pill. Now we are not prepared for a second baby now. So if at all i.need to abort are there any side effects of doibg medical abort under suxpervision of a doctor......pls clear my doubr...i have heard that some vaginal tablets caused death of a lady leading t sepsis. Iam realy worried.
