Hi Im 15 Years Old And Have Been Feeling Hot

Hi im 15 years old and have been feeling hot flashes lately and the first day i had it, i went to the er and they scanned my brain and told me that i had a sinus infection but i dont think thats what caused my hot flash. Sometimes i think its because of stressing over that the hot flash don't happen again. Can you please tell me how to avoid this or whats causing this. Thank you.
