Hi, Im 19 Years Old And Quite Recently All My

Hi, im 19 years old and quite recently all my fingertips went completely numb it was an antsy tingly feeling and lasted for hours. Its only relief was ice or cold water and it was heat-intolerant. It disappeared from my fingers and just accumulated in my fingertips for a while. I took two painkillers and in the morning it was gone. Im just really concerned about what it was.
