Hi, im 19 yrs old and i am sexaully active, my vagina has been really itchy and i got discharge, white to be exact, my lips look white like close to the entering of the vagina, but i don't have foul smell, i tested myself for chlamydia, syphillis and Gonorrhea and it's negative, can someone help
