Should I Continue Taking Trenaxa Along With The Injections While Having Sudden Bleeding At 19 Weeks Pregnancy?

Hi im 19weeks pregnant. Yesterday suddenly bleeding was seen. I am very concerned about my baby. I went to my doctor she gave me sustain injection for 3 days. Bt it did not work. In evening l again noticed blood spots l took trenaxa tablet. After that I am fine. Today l had taken the injection. Should I take trenaxa tablet also. Plz reply.
