Hi, Im 21 Years Of Age. I Woke Up Two

Hi, im 21 years of age. I woke up two days ago with horrendous stomach pain going to my back, fever and sweating badly. after throwing up for hours on end the fever broke the next more. but im still having the stomach and back pain and tried working out today and got very light headed. it hurts to pee also . my urine is very dark yellow but I have been drinking water constantly. the pain is now a constant cramping that will not go away I took 800mg of ibuprofen, still lots of pain. Also notice my discharge is a white with a really really sweet smell.
