Hi Im 22 Now I Use To Have These Pain

Hi im 22 now I use to have these pain in breast when I was younger seem to be getting worse. Then I was to small n breast weren't big enough . My right side feels hard compared to my left feels softer. My pains are more n right but left hurts to but not as much I have this all the time mostly at night I feel random sharp pains to the breast area. Nipples itch sometimes I was told it can be swollen glands by my cousin put if I press down it hurts i don't know what to do plz help
