Hi, Im 24 My Last Period Was On The 11th

Hi, im 24 my last period was on the 11th of November, i started taking primolut nor on the 2nd of december till the 18th of December to delay my period. After 5 days from stopping the pills ny period came and i had a huge blood clot in the same first day, today is my second day and the blood flow is not much, could this huge blood clot be misscarrige, could i have been pregnant or this is just what the pills does duto delaying the period?
